#ossym24 call for Papers and Demos extended

Until 22 March 2024, you can submit scientific papers, practical field reports and demos for the 6th International Open Search Symposium #ossym2024. The hybrid conference will be held online and at LRZ, Munich, Germany, 9 – 11 October 2024.

Actively participate with scientific contributions, share practical experiences present concepts and positions in the various interactive sessions.

Full papers and abstracts presented at #ossym2024 will be published Open Access in an online proceedings (including DOIs and ISBN) following the event.

The deadline for submissions is 22 March 2024 at midnight CET.

Please note, that the submission process is being handled by conference partners CERN, Leibniz Supercomputing Centre and the Open Search Foundation. The electronic submissions underlie CERN‘s data privacy policy and will be handled confidently.

New to #ossym? This is what it´s all about

Continuing the successes over the past 5 years, the Open Search Symposium (#ossym) brings together the Open Internet Search community in Europe for the sixth time this year. From 9 to 11 October the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre in Garching near Munich welcomes researchers, data centers, libraries, policy makers, legal & ethical experts as well as the general public to discuss and further develop the ideas and concepts of Open Web Search and related topics.
